How do I upload my songs to Audiocus? (Bloggers are allowed to copy and paste this)

Anyone is allowed to duplicate this post as long as they retain the words as they are.

Currently artists cannot upload directly to Audiocus. However we are working on a system that will allow that seamlessly. While we wait for those upgrades, these are the current steps to take.

Step 1 : Registering to Audiocus

When you visit audiocus.com you can click the register button at the top of the navigation, if you do not already have an account, then register a normal account. If you already have an audiocus account you can just head to our login page.

Step 2: Applying for an Artist account on Audiocus

Once you have logged in you can click the gear icon, it should drop options down which will give you an option to Become an artist. Upon clicking that you well be faced with 2 options.

Create a new artist or claim and existing artist (this is for people who were uploaded to the platform at its inception).

You fill in all parts of the form and upload your verification documents (Identity card or passport).

Step 3: Submitting your music

You can send your music files to submissions@audiocus.com while you wait for your request to be approved. Usually it will be approved (so do not worry). Also if you are using a cloud drive such as dropbox or Google Drive, make sure the permissions are set to public.

It is a tedious process to request access.

Step 5: How long does it take for an upload to appear

You wait for your song to be published. Sometimes takes a while. Bear with us whilst we establish seamless solution to that problem.

Step 6: Feel free to follow up

Feel free to follow up via our Facebook or Twitter. If you submitted your music, podcast or any other material but have not been contacted by our members. We apologize. You are free to make a follow up email to submissions@audiocus.com or via the messaging option on any of our Social Media Platforms.

Step 7: Promote Links to start growing your account

Let’s suppose everything has happened the way you wanted it. Your music is now live on Audiocus. As a new and growing platform it will be wise to promote the link on as many platforms as possible.
